Gift Card Incentive Terms And Conditions*
360 Realty Solutions, is a licensed real estate broker and will provide a Gift Card** to Customer (client) as an incentive to use one of 360 Realty SolutionsTM Pre-Screened Realtors®. Customer(s) (client) must buy, sell and/or both and have a successful real estate transaction with the Realtor® referred by 360 Realty SolutionsTM.
This promotion is not available in all states. Some states do not allow these types of incentives to be given to real estate consumers. The following states do not allow us to offer you the incentive Gift Card: AK, AL, IA, KS, LA, MO, MS, NJ, OK, OR, SC, SD, and TN, though we still welcome you to utilize our services.
The incentive may also not be permitted in connection with certain loan programs for homebuyers. These include, but may not be narrowed to, FHA loans and VA loans or other loans. Your lender must be consulted regarding whether or not you can collect this or any type incentive in relation with your loan.
To participate and receive this incentive gift card, you must close a real estate transaction with our Pre-Screened Realtors® has referred you to. At completion of a successful close of escrow you must within 30 days send us a copy of the HUD-1 document (received at close of escrow). In addition, you must provide to us the name of the Realtor® whom you closed your transaction with, your full name and mailing address. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks, after we receive your request, to receive you gift card. The gift card may vary in service, but will contain the amount as indicated on the incentive chart. If this promotion expires or is discontinued and you have already been referred to our Pre-Screened Realtor®, 360 Realty SolutionsTM will determine if you may still be eligible for this incentive.
This breakdown is based upon a 6% listing where the buyer’s agent and seller’s agent evenly split the commission with no deductions from earned commission to the agent. If changes are made to earned commission, then the incentive value will reflect a similar change. The incentive will be given for each side of completed transaction. Example; If you sell your home and purchase another home with our pre-screened Realtor®. You may be eligible up to $2,000* Gift Card**.
